The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm. Staff was friendly when I inquired about getting a room with A/C, but no other rooms were available. It may not be uncommon for hotels in NM not to have A/C in all their rooms we were just not accustomed to that and our family didn’t sleep well as a result . Luckily , we only stayed one night , but it would’ve been a major issue had we booked this room for longer. There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash. Mind you, if you leave dirty dishes in the sink upon checking-out there's a 50 fee. It brought into question the cleanliness of everything else and we wondered if it had been cleaned at all. The dishes on the drying rack hadn't been put away either."
